In this category, I talk about the spirit in which food is consumed around the world. I look at the craft of cooking, the traditions we celebrate, and the rituals of eating. One of my greatest pleasures is getting under the skin of a country or city, by observing (and trying a lot of!) the food that is part of their culture and tradition.
